upcoming airdrops

Tachyon, a micro-transactional token made to compliment Ethereum, is gaining some traction as a hot new token.

As per the newly-released roadmap released on their website, Tachyon’s goal is to create a network of widgets, plug-ins, and payment solutions that are easily integrated into the existing social and economic online infrastructure. The team’s slogan is, fittingly: “say thanks with TYX.”

The Tachyon team decided to drop three announcements at once, releasing their website, whitepaper, and roadmap at the same time. The reason? It’s all about accessibility. The Tachyon team wants to not only be active often on all its media channels, but also wants to meet expectations every time.

The Tachyon team has responded to Ethereum’s lack of a currency for its network by releasing their own Ethereum-compliment, a currency token that fills this basic need on the network. Ethereum, by design, was meant to be used as ‘crypto-fuel’ rather than as a currency according to the developers for more click here themselves. And with Ethereum moving to a proof-of-stake system soon, expected this year, the speed of Tachyon transactions will only increase.

TYX aims to be the de facto tipping and micro-transactional token on the Ethereum network. As such, it strives to not only be in as many wallets as possible, but being a currency, it must also be on as many exchanges as possible to ensure liquidity. All the features of Tachyon, including its marketing, work towards widespread accessibility and adoption — Tachyon, according to the team, is all about use-case.

Tachyon also has a unique model of distribution, with 5% of its circulating supply being released for each airdrop for which you can sign up here.

Tachyon seeks to be at the forefront of the future’s informal digital economy – and its future, so far, looks bright.
